An rebooking administration fee (in all cases except bad weather or cancellation due to operational issues) will be charged if you wish to rearrange the date of your skydive or training course.

If you fail to turn up on the day of your booked course or jump without contacting your destination centre giving at least 48hrs prior notice you may forfeit your skydive and all monies paid.

If you arrive without the necessary completed paperwork on the day of your jump you may forfeit your skydive and all monies paid. Please print out our checklist to ensure you will have available all documentation you will be required to produce.

Your destination centre reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the programme of any activity so long as these do not affect to any material extent the nature and scope of such activity.

Due to the nature of some of the activities they may be subject to delay, re-scheduling or cancellation due to weather conditions, operational issues or other matters beyond the control of the Youskydive and your destination centre.

Any given timing of any activity is given as a guide only and may be subject to change. You may be required to wait for your turn to jump along with other users of your destination centre's facilities.

Your destination centre reserves the right to reschedule the timings or location of any activity, possibly at short notice, owing to unavailability of the activity, booking numbers, or any factor beyond the control of YouSkydive or your destination centre.

Your destination centre reserves the right to discontinue an activity at its own discretion and should a suitable alternative be unavailable, you shall be entitled to a refund at the full purchase price excluding booking/administration fees.

Your destination centre is solely a provider of parachute training and jump facilities that you may elect to use. Neither your destination centre or YouSkydive has any relationship with any charities and is not involved with transferring of any monies raised from charity fundraising jumps to any selected charity. Any jumps for the purpose of raising funds for charity should be with express permission from the chosen charity.

The minimum age for any parachute activity is 16 and persons between 16 and 18 years of age will be required to produce full parental consent forms.

Persons of 40 years and over will be required to produce a British Parachute Association “declaration of fitness” form, stamped and signed by their GP. These forms are available to download or hard copies are available upon request.

The maximum age for the Static Line Solo 1st Jump, 6 Jumps RAPS Solo Freefall and AFF courses is 49 years old. Any exceptions to this maximum age policy requires the individual written approval from both the British Parachute Association's Safety and Training Committee and the your destination centre’s Chief Instructor.

The maximum allowable bodyweight for any jump or course is 12 stone for females and 15 stone for males; body mass index will also be taken into account. You may be weighed as you arrive for your jump or course and if you are unable to meet the prescribed maximum allowable weight limits then you will be unable to jump and may forfeit all monies paid.

The final decision on the suitability of any individual to skydive or parachute rests solely with your destination centre and it’s instructors. You must comply with British Parachute Association and your destination centre's rules and instruction at all times.

Parachuting and skydiving are an extreme sport and as such are potentially dangerous activities with the possibility of injury or even death. Appropriate training is given to all participants and to minimise risks you must apply that training diligently and fully. If you cannot accept the risks then you should not participate.

Neither YouSkydive or your destination centre accept any responsibility for personal injury or losses of any kind whilst you are participating in the sport of skydiving. You may at your expense elect to arrange your own additional insurance cover in addition to the standard 3rd party British Parachute Association membership insurance cover.
